Looking for ongoing work, great pay and the opportunity to secure regular hours into 2027?
We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Crick. Working for a leading logistics provider, you'll help keep customer products moving safely and efficiently through the warehouse.
This is a full-time role working fixed
Monday to Friday shifts, giving you the stability to plan around life outside of work. Full training is provided, so whether you've worked in a warehouse before or you're looking for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.
Increased Pay Rates till 31/12/2026
- AM Shift: £14.56 per hour
- PM Shift: £15.27 per hour
- Night Shift: £16.55 per hour
Shifts
Fixed shift patterns, Monday to Friday
- AM Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm
- PM Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm to 06:00am
Potential overtime available on Saturdays

- Handling customer merchandise as part of a busy warehouse operation
- Supporting the movement of products through the warehouse
- Following site procedures to maintain productivity and accuracy
- Working safely and following health and safety guidelines
- Helping keep the warehouse organised and running smoothly
