We are currently looking for a Corporate Security Officer for this exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious site in Leeds. You will be at the front of house, so customer service skills are essential along with a high standard of security. This is a full-time position working 4 days, 3 nights, 4 off then 3 days, 4 nights, 3 off shift pattern. Shifts are 12 hours 07.00-19.00 and 19.00-07.00. Your Time at Work As a Security Officer at G4S, you are more than a Security Guard. You\’ll ensure the safety of our customers\’ staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment. Other duties will include: – Greeting staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. – Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the site. – Working a busy reception area. – Conducting searches when required. – Taking delivery of parcels and advising the recipient by phone. – Dealing with any security incidents on site and completing relevant incident report forms. – Excellent attention to detail. – Smart appearance. Our Perfect Worker You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key. It would be a benefit to have some security experience and your SIA license.
