We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Fleet Service Advisor to join a fast-paced operation, helping to keep vehicles on the road and minimising downtime for customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and delivering outstanding service in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities - Fleet Service Advisor
- Manage vehicle repair and maintenance cases from start to finish.
- Liaise with garages, dealerships, suppliers, manufacturers and customers to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
- Proactively chase updates and challenge delays to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Keep customers and stakeholders informed through regular communication.
- Coordinate authorisations, repair bookings and vehicle movements where required.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes across multiple systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to specialist teams when required.
- Work towards service levels, performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Support wider operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
