Great opportunity to work as a key service team member for our client - an industry-leading, customer-focused, long-distance train operator, that customers trust to meet their needs. Staffline is recruiting Service Team Member in Birmingham. The rate of pay is £12.21 to £13.07 per hour. This role offers 8 hour shifts - 5 days a week including weekends: 05:00 - 22:00 Monday - Saturday, 08:00-22:00 Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and load orders onto trains.
- Pack, load, perform routine checks (like temperature), clean the premises, and dispose of waste.
- Deal with general customer enquiries.
- Be competent with basic IT equipment including use of excel sheets, scanners.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicants will be active, driven, able to move in fast-paced environments with physical demands such as loading, packing, cleaning.
- Can work under pressure and timed conditions due to constant rail updates.
- Valid in-date DBS check is required.
- Previous experience working in service center/with rail network is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
