Great opportunity to work as a Packing Operative for our client's busy logistics site. Staffline is recruiting Packing Operatives in Minworth.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour, overtime is paid at £16.24 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Your Time at Work
- Restacking products on pallets (ensuring stability and safety).
- Manual handling (lifting, carrying, and moving goods following proper techniques).
- Completing tasks with attention to detail (e.g., checking labels, quantities, and packaging integrity).
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be able to stand for the duration of the shift and handle repetitive tasks efficiently. You will prioritise tasks to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets. Applicants will follow safe lifting techniques (training provided), adhere to PPE rules and report hazards promptly. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
