Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator Clerk to join our client's Distribution Centre in Bradford.
Location: Bradford Distribution Centre
The shifts available are: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour
Your Time at Work Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate vehicle and load details to drivers using a daily planner.
- Monitor the accuracy and completion of deliveries.
- Administer delivery documentation during drivers' debrief.
- Handle telephone enquiries from customers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Support additional administrative duties as required by the Transport Shift Manager and operations team.

- Confident and capable communicator.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
- Attention to detail with good time management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team player, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Experience in a transport office.
- Familiarity with Microlise.
