Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £26,000-£28,000 Benefits: Reward & Recognition Scheme, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Pension and 36 days annual leave including Public Holidays The Role Staffline Recruitment Ireland is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a busy RPO team in Belfast. Working closely with hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues and key stakeholders, you will support internal and external recruitment activity, including coordinating campaigns, managing candidate communications and interviews, maintaining recruitment data and supporting onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment or HR professional to develop their career in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment while helping to deliver an efficient, compliant and positive recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the advertising of vacancies in line with agreed Strategic Resource Plans, approval processes and recruitment requirements. Coordinate candidate communications and manage interview schedules for internal and external recruitment campaigns. Support candidate sourcing and screening activity across a variety of professional disciplines. Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Work closely with hiring managers throughout internal and external recruitment processes. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain recruitment trackers and collate accurate data to support reporting requirements for management, Talent Acquisition and HR. Prepare and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs on a monthly basis. Review and monitor employment contracts and associated documentation issued to successful external candidates. Maintain the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site, including relevant content and site permissions. Respond appropriately to GDPR queries and ensure recruitment activity remains compliant with data protection requirements. Action data clearance requests where required. Work alongside the Onboarding Specialist to coordinate the new hire process and ensure consistency with legal, policy and organisational requirements. Support and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function. Keep up to date with recruitment market trends, relevant employment legislation, policies and best practice. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing recruitment priorities and business requirements. Essential Experience and Skills The successful candidate will have: A minimum of two years' experience within a recruitment function. Experience coordinating recruitment processes within a busy working environment. The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation. Strong IT skills, including proficiency across Microsoft Office applications and advanced Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning, organisation and administration skills. Experience or familiarity with SharePoint. The ability to build effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, colleagues and wider stakeholders. A flexible and adaptable approach to work. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Desirable It would be advantageous to have: A HR qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience. Knowledge or experience of SharePoint and SAP. Experience using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for recruitment and candidate attraction. Experience working within an RPO, high-volume recruitment or complex talent acquisition environment.
