Are you looking to join a fast-growing food production business with great career opportunities? We are recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our team in Barton-upon-Humber.
You will be working in the packing area of a busy, modern bakery facility that produces delicious garlic bread products. Your role will involve placing baguettes into boxes or containers, ensuring they are packed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard.
The rate of pay is:
- Days £12.80 per hour
- Nights £14.51 per hour
Overtime is available and is paid from £19.21 per hour.
This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative you will be working in the packing hall, packing baguettes into boxes or crates ready to be shipped out to customers. You will also palletise boxes/pallets and ensure each box pallet is labelled correctly. Applicants will need to be able to keep up with the speed of the machine.
