Staffline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, Hurricane Windows & Doors, for an experienced Order Processor to join their team at their manufacturing facility in Ballymoney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete order process, from initial customer order entry through to production scheduling and delivery planning, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer specifications. Salary: £38,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Ballymoney Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 7:00am - 12:30pm Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders using Business Micros and the company's ERP/MRP system. Review and verify product specifications, including dimensions, colours, foils, hardware, glazing, thresholds, opening directions, and any special requirements. Issue order acknowledgements and process order amendments before production begins. Ensure orders meet relevant customer specifications and applicable safety glazing, PAS 24, and energy performance requirements. Liaise closely with production, purchasing, sales, and quality departments to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process. Help resolve order discrepancies and production-related queries in a timely and professional manner. Essential Requirements Previous experience in an Order Processing role within a manufacturing environment. Experience using Business Micros or similar order processing software is essential. Good understanding of glass specifications and configurations. Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum. Permanent, full-time employment. Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
