Overview
Staffline Recruitment require Store Operative for our client, Cranswick based in Cullybackey, one of the UK\βs leading food producer and supplier of premium, fresh and added-value food products.
Rate of Pay:
- Β£12.49 per hour β Age 21 and over
- Β£11.00 per hour β Age 18 to 20
- Β£10.00 per hour β Age 16 to 17
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM β 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Restock the packing room at the start of each shift with sufficient packaging for the full shift.
- Ensure coding is placed on pallets for traceability purposes.
- Order packaging via email when necessary, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Take trailer stock at least once a week.
- Conduct daily stock counts before the end of each shift and report requirements to the Stores Team Leader.
- Report any extra usage of packaging to the Stores Team Leader.
- Check in all deliveries arriving on site and store them properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all packaging areas, ensuring they are free from dust and cobwebs, including all packaging brought into the factory.
- Record new orders from Milktrans onto the stock sheet and intake sheet to create batch codes.
- Update records of PPE issues, ensuring they correspond to the correct departments.
- Provide cover for the Stores Team Leader during holidays, including handling supplier communications.
