The Opportunity
We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Specialist Service Manager to lead a Supported Living Service for one individual with complex needs. This is a unique opportunity to truly shape a bespoke service, working in close collaboration with our Positive Behaviour Support team and a range of multi-disciplinary professionals.
You will play a key role in:
- Leading a brand-new service.
- Acting as the Registered Manager and ensuring high-quality care.
- Building and developing a passionate, skilled staff team.
- Driving innovation and embedding trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
- Managing budgets, resources, and regulatory compliance with excellence.
What You Will Need
To apply, you must meet the following essential criteria:
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or Allied Health Profession) and at least 4-5 years' experience in a health and social care setting.
- 3+ years' experience in operational management, including staff supervision and financial oversight.
- Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed practice.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use (reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants with a disability).

- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injury.
