The Opportunity Our client is looking to add an experienced Independent Financial Advisor to their growing team – within the position, the successful candidate will be expected to advise clients across a number of different areas including but not limited to; financial planning, investments, retirement planning, and inheritance tax mitigation. Moreover, the successful applicant with grow and retain an existing client base primarily within the private sector. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar position and hold relevant industry qualifications. Main Tasks Working alongside the firm’s senior leadership and the wider team, the role will involve but is not limited to; Collaborating with Senior Financial Planner at the firm. Creating and presenting high-quality financial plans and suitability reports. Ensuring Compliance with the Firm’s procedures and FCA regulatory standards. Managing an established client portfolio while cultivating new client relationships and business opportunities. Business administration and Paraplanner Support. Criteria Strong stakeholder management skills. Relevant industry qualifications/ experience (CII qualification Level 4 qualified – Essential) Previous experience within a similar role. Ideally 5/10 years of relevant industry experience. Strong IT Skills (Proficient in the use of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Full clean driving license. Benefits; Bonus scheme (OTE £75,000).
