Staffline is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, family-run construction company to recruit a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with site experience or a developing construction professional (such as a Quantity Surveyor or Engineer) who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and growing business.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Company Director, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing housing and light civils piling projects, primarily across Northern Ireland, with occasional travel to the Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Monitor and control project costs and programmes
- Assist with tender preparation and pre-contract planning
- Act as a key liaison between site teams and clients
- Ensure all projects comply with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
Essential Criteria:
- 1-2 years' site experience within construction or civil engineering
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Construction, Engineering, etc.) preferred but not essential
