A leading professional services firm is seeking an Accounts & Finance Assistant to join its expanding outsourcing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting responsibilities.
The Opportunity
You will support the preparation and maintenance of client accounts, working closely with senior team members while gaining exposure to a variety of industries and accounting processes. Key Responsibilities
- Process accounting records including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and cashbook
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Assist with payments, transfers, and client receipts
- Liaise with third parties such as banks and insurers
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines across all tasks
