Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Production Administrator on behalf of a market leading manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward-thinking, award-winning company.
Responsibilities:
- Adding orders to the company order management software (Sage) making sure that all parts quoted by the sales team and ordered by the customer match
- Making sure that all the products that are ordered are compatible
- Processing purchase orders, goods receipts and goods shipments
- Enforcing the export controls on all goods leaving, including facilitating Export licence applications and ensuring that the shipments have the appropriate licence before shipping
- Ensuring the accuracy of export documents completed by customers, feeding back to the sales team on corrective action if required
- Handling import and export activities via the trader support service and HMRC
- Any other duties the role may involve
Person Specification:
- 1 year plus experience in an admin or sales/office support role
- Strong IT skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Experience in shipping and logistics
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in Sage 50 Accounts or similar MRP system
