We\βre looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Consultant to deliver high-quality, practical HR support and consultancy services to a diverse range of clients across Northern Ireland.
You\βll provide advice, develop tailored solutions, and lead on a range of HR consultancy projects β from recruitment and policy development to performance management and organisational change.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional HR advice and consultancy across areas such as recruitment, employee relations, organisational change, and performance management.
- Support clients with job advertising, evaluations, and benchmarking on our community job portal.
- Develop clear, tailored consultancy proposals and ensure delivery meets agreed outcomes and timelines.
- Ensure all advice aligns with current employment legislation and best practice.
- Design and implement evaluation tools to assess service impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Create engaging digital content to promote HR and recruitment services.
- Collaborate with Associate Partners, internal colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Essential Criteria
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Associate Membership of CIPD (Level 5 or above).
- At least three years\β experience in an HR role (e.g. HR Consultant, HR Business Partner, or HR Advisor) with responsibility for:
- Delivering a range of HR operational services.
- Developing HR policies, procedures, and templates, and providing advice on complex employee relations issues.
- Leading or supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job design, benchmarking, and advertising.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience promoting or selling online job advertising services or organising job fairs.
- Previous experience providing HR consultancy within the voluntary/community sector or small business environment.
