We are currently recruiting a Higher Clerical Officer (Band 3) to work with our client on a full time temporary basis for 3 months initially. This will be a January 2025 start date. Key Duties: Provide daily administrative and clerical support including drafting letters, audio typing and data input Organising and maintaining diaries, preparing for meetings with agendas and relevant paperwork Utilise Microsoft Office Suite Email management and telephone duties Essential Criteria: A minimum of 2 years of administration or clerical experience to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite OR 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above or equivalent to include English.
