Head of Sales Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Head of Sales on behalf of a leading park management and booking systems provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic company, as the company is experiencing an exciting period of strong growth within the sector. The Head of Sales will lead and drive the commercial strategy for a portfolio of SaaS platforms. The Head of Sales will be responsible for business development, sales growth, and strategic partnerships, ensuring the successful commercialisation of all platforms. The role requires a strong leader who can align cross-functional teams, foster client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies across platforms. Drive the long-term growth of the business through market analysis and identifying new business opportunities within the SaaS landscape. Align commercial objectives with overall business goals, ensuring growth and scalability. Analyse competitor activity and market trends to adapt and refine strategies. Lead the sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets. Oversee the development of new client acquisition strategies for each platform, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share. Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and large-scale deals to ensure long-term growth and profitability. Develop and execute business development plans that build strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. Manage and mentor the sales, business development, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and consistent performance. Provide ongoing coaching, set performance KPIs, and foster a high-performing commercial team. Promote a collaborative and goal-driven culture that supports continuous improvement and innovation. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business success. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and market positioning. Collaborate with the product team to align client needs with SaaS product development and innovation. Monitor financial performance across the platforms, ensuring targets for revenue, profit margins, and growth are met. Oversee sales forecasting, budget management, and financial planning in coordination with the finance team. Report regularly on commercial performance to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand into new markets, both regionally and internationally. Explore product diversification and innovation opportunities to drive further growth. Lead market entry strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and penetration. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8 years of experience in a senior sales, business development, or commercial leadership role, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector. Demonstrated experience in driving growth, closing deals, and expanding market presence within a SaaS business. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Data-driven approach to sales and business development with the ability to make informed decisions. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibility.
