We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a small, therapeutic children's home supporting up to two young people. This is a key leadership role for a professional passionate about delivering high-quality, child-centred care while ensuring full regulatory compliance and developing a confident, skilled staff team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high-quality care in line with Children's Homes Regulations (NI)
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Managing staff supervision, appraisals, and development
- Ensuring positive RQIA inspection outcomes
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and participating in the on-call rota
Essential criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare with traumatised young people
- Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma) with 2 years post-qualifying experience
- At least 1 year's staff supervision experience
- Full UK or Irish driving licence
- Eligible for Enhanced Access NI check
- Registered with (or willing to register with) NISCC (Part 1)
