We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a small, therapeutic children's home supporting up to two young people. This is a key leadership role for a professional passionate about delivering high-quality, child-centred care while ensuring full regulatory compliance and developing a confident, skilled staff team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading high-quality care in line with Children's Homes Regulations (NI)
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Managing staff supervision, appraisals, and development
  • Ensuring positive RQIA inspection outcomes
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and participating in the on-call rota

Essential criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare with traumatised young people
  • Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma) with 2 years post-qualifying experience
  • At least 1 year's staff supervision experience
  • Full UK or Irish driving licence
  • Eligible for Enhanced Access NI check
  • Registered with (or willing to register with) NISCC (Part 1)
