Customer Service Advisor – Telephony Our client, a leading provider of Banking and Financial Services is seeking Customer Service Advisors in their telephony department. After training is completed and you are up to the required client standards this role may be worked on a hybrid model, working at least one day per week from the clients Belfast office location. Our client is currently sourcing for a number of talented Customer Service Officers to join their organisation. This position is aimed at starting in February 2025 initially on a contract of 6 months with the opportunity for temp to perm. This opportunity will provide you excellent experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, help hone your communication and customer service skills in a busy environment. What will I do. The Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for inbound customers calls, handling all customer requests in an efficient and professional manner, giving appropriate information and advice as required. The skills required. The ideal candidate should have a real passion for customer service, and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships. You should have a strong combination of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with customers. Good attention to detail. Ability to follow client instructions precisely. Location At least six weeks training to be completed fully on site in our client’s Belfast city centre office. After training is completed and you are up to the required client standards this role may be worked on a hybrid model, working at least one day per week from the clients Belfast office location. Working Pattern 35 paid hours worked per week. Shifts will be between the hours 9am – 9pm (usually 7 hours worked per shift). Monday to Sunday working pattern (usually 5 days worked). The client will provide you with your required shift pattern in advance, you must be fully available to work between Monday – Sunday, 9am-9pm. What will I get? Competitive hourly salary and holidays.
