Staffline Recruitment Ireland is delighted to partner with an established organisation to recruit a Part-Time Administrative / Project Support Officer on a fixed-term basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated administrator to support programme delivery, project activity, stakeholder engagement, and events within a small, collaborative team.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across a range of initiatives, ensuring programmes and projects run smoothly and efficiently. The role is varied and will suit someone who enjoys working with detail, diaries, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to programmes, projects, and funded initiatives
- Organise meetings, workshops, events, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and project documentation
- Support stakeholder and partnership engagement, including minute-taking
- Assist with reports, monitoring information, and funding returns
- Support communications activity and event logistics
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and funder requirements
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
