On behalf of our client we are recruiting for a Quality Administrator based in Ballymena. This role will be temporary with a view to a permanent contract. Full time Mon - Fri (4.5 days per week).
Key Tasks:
- Document Control
- Creation of purchase requisitions
- Conduct internal audits to ISO9001
- Maintain elements of the Quality Management System
- Compilation of reports into Excel using Pivot Tables, Lookup functions etc.
- Manipulation of data to produce graphs and trend analysis
- Undertake all duties in line with General Data Protection and maintain utmost level of confidentiality.
- Ensure work is completed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
- Ensure that you treat those with whom you come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner in accordance with the Dignity at Work Procedure.

Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs A-C to include Maths and English or Equivalent

- Good interpersonal skills
