On behalf of our client based in Antrim we are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator. This role is permanent Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (40hpw) Β£26-Β£30k (depending on experience).
Duties Include:
- Invoicing cold storage and re-charging haulage on Sage 200
- Data management system for cold storage
- Pallet Trace System for cold storage
- Consult with other team members throughout the cold store
- Manage customer accounts, load customer details, and terms
- Send out terms and conditions to customers
- Capture reports, and adjust invoices for electricity surcharges
- Collate cold store figures for managing director on a weekly basis
- Banking
- Answering telephones and dealing with shipping bookings as and when required
- Order cleaning supplies
- Order office supplies
- Helping with catering for business meetings as and when required
- Any other business as and when required
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs A-C (including English & Maths)
- Previous Administration experience working in a busy office environment
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Experience in using accounts package
- Ability to multi-task on a daily basis
