Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next career move? Staffline Recruitment Ireland is hiring an HR Advisor to support our teams across Northern Ireland, working closely with senior management to provide expert HR guidance, drive compliance, and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to line managers, providing expert guidance on employment relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the business.
- Support talent retention and onboarding, advising managers on best practices.
- Analyse HRIS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance management capability.
- Assist in legal claim responses and attend proceedings when required.
- Ensure compliance with NI employment law and internal HR standards.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and a third-level business-related qualification (HR, Business, Law).
- At least 2 years' experience in an HR advisory role, preferably in a client-focused industry.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in managing employee relations and supporting change management.
- A full clean driving licence (regular travel required).
