Our client, the largest Control Systems Houses in the Island of Ireland, is currently seeking to recruit Service Engineers to join their team. The business is primarily based in N. Ireland and the role offers the following benefits:

KEY EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
As a Service Engineer, you would be responsible for servicing and maintaining existing BMS systems and identifying and correcting any faults or irregularities. In addition, you would be expected to identify and action opportunities for upgrades or improvements to the customer's system. As a commissioning engineer, you would be part of a team with the responsibility to ensure that new-build projects are delivered on scope and on time, including the final commissioning, demonstration to the customer, and handover.
In addition, candidates would be expected to be fully conversant with and able to program a BMS system from conception. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate self-management, project management, and innovation skills.
The primary requirements of both roles are:
- Degree / HND / ONC in engineering - ideally electrically biased or a background in Electrical maintenance would be an advantage
- 2+ years' experience of the Trend or another system would be an advantage but not essential as training would be provided
- Understanding of control panel design, manufacture, design, and testing
- Knowledge of instrumentation and integration to 3rd party systems and ability to modify BMS strategies
- Experience of front end graphics
- A full clean driving licence is essential
- Ability to work well independently and/or as part of a team
