Staffline Recruitment Ireland are delighted to be partnering with a local law firm in their search for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor ideally with 2-5 years PQE (Open to other levels of experience) with a solid background in private client matters property, wills & probate and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, within a busy regional office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to handle a large caseload. You will get access to a solid client base and have a team of experienced solicitors to support you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice, ensuring clients receive clear, effective, and tailored solutions.
  • Draft, review, and finalise legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a personalised and professional service.
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes and industry trends affecting private client law.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the wider legal team and contribute to the firm's success.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally in private client / residential conveyancing.
  • Strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to confidentiality.
