What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the administration of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes
  • Acting as a key point of contact for scheme members, trustees, and third parties
  • Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior administrators
  • Handling complex pension calculations, scheme wind-ups, and GMP reconciliations
  • Managing ad-hoc and annual pension projects
  • Attending Trustee meetings and providing expert guidance
  • Ensuring compliance with UK pension legislation, regulations, and codes of practice
