Staffline is continuing to grow and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Finance Shared Service Team as a Credit Controller. If you love building client relationships, solving problems, and keeping ledgers running smoothly, this role will put you right at the heart of our success. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and maintain client accounts with proactive relationship-building
- Contact clients regularly to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Provide clear, accurate documentation to resolve outstanding issues
- Tailor invoices to meet individual client requirements
- Take full ownership of assigned ledgers - queries, credits, reminders, reconciliations
- Provide general finance administration
About You
Essential:
- 1 year Credit Control experience
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AR systems
Desirable:
- Experience in high-volume credit control
- AR reconciliations, credit checks, and online systems
- Experience in a finance/banking environment
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs A-C, including English & Maths
