Our client is a growing property management and lettings company based in Belfast, and is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic, fast-paced team. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage accounts payable and receivable - process invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle rent payments, landlord remittances, and account reconciliations, keeping financial records up to date.
- Monitor tenant arrears, follow up on outstanding balances, and support property managers with payment issues.
- Prepare monthly statements, reports, and reconciliations for review by management.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve financial queries and maintain excellent relationships.
- Support the finance team with compliance, documentation, and audit preparation.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year's experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role (property or lettings experience is a plus!).
- Strong grasp of accounts payable/receivable and financial record keeping.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with initiative, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
- Confident communication skills - written and verbal.
- Comfortable using Google Suite (experience with property management software is an advantage).
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
