This is a hybrid role, splitting your time between working from home and our Nottingham office. As an Apprentice Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll join our Talent Acquisition team while completing a Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship over 18 months. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting recruitment activities across a variety of roles while developing the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in Talent Acquisition.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and candidates, you'll help deliver a positive and efficient recruitment experience from attraction through to onboarding.
