What you will do as a Field Manager A Field-Based Manager is typically responsible for managing a recruitment client relationship while spending a significant amount of time on-site with the client or visiting multiple locations, rather than working solely from an office. Managing client accounts: Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders. Meeting with managers to forecast recruitment requirements and workforce planning needs. Delivering recruitment campaigns: Coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to onboarding. Candidate attraction and management: Stakeholder management: Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions. Performance reporting: Monitoring recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, vacancy fill rates, candidate quality, and diversity measures. Employer branding: Representing the client's brand at recruitment events, job fairs, and local community engagement activities. Travel and site visits: At Staffline, we are deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. A full UK driver's license is highly desired for this role.
