We are currently recruiting for a Digital Attraction Coordinator to join our Recruitment Marketing team. This is a varied role combining social media marketing, candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration. Predominantly focused on Facebook, you will help drive applications to our vacancies, build strong relationships across the business and play a key role in supporting recruitment activity nationwide.

What will you do as a Digital Attraction Coordinator?

  • Create engaging social media content to attract candidates and support recruitment campaigns
  • Promote vacancies across Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Manage candidate comments, messages and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Screen and book suitable candidates for interview
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and site stakeholders
  • Contribute to weekly regional calls, sharing insights and recruitment updates
  • Gather content and success stories from sites for use across social channels
  • Support the creation of photo and video content (including travel on-site to film up to 6 times per year)
  • Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance
  • Recommend improvements to increase engagement, reach and candidate applications

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience using social media platforms, particularly Facebook
  • A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people online and within the business
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable analysing data and reporting on social media performance
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
  • Recruitment, marketing or candidate attraction experience would be advantageous
