This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing payroll operations across the EMEA region, driving compliance, operational excellence, and payroll transformation initiatives within a multinational environment.

The Role

As Payroll Manager (EMEA), you will lead and develop a payroll function supporting multiple countries, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a payroll team of 16 across EMEA
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across designated EMEA countries
  • Partner with HR to ensure seamless payroll data integration
  • Drive payroll transformation and regional consolidation initiatives
  • Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships
  • Lead process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with regional payroll legislation

Requirements

  • 7-10 years' EMEA payroll management experience within a multinational organisation
  • Experience managing shared services or payroll teams
  • Proven track record in payroll transformation and process improvement
