This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing payroll operations across the EMEA region, driving compliance, operational excellence, and payroll transformation initiatives within a multinational environment.
The Role
As Payroll Manager (EMEA), you will lead and develop a payroll function supporting multiple countries, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a payroll team of 16 across EMEA
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across designated EMEA countries
- Partner with HR to ensure seamless payroll data integration
- Drive payroll transformation and regional consolidation initiatives
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships
- Lead process improvement and change management initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with regional payroll legislation
Requirements
- 7-10 years' EMEA payroll management experience within a multinational organisation
- Experience managing shared services or payroll teams
- Proven track record in payroll transformation and process improvement
