Great opportunity to work as a Cook Line Operative for our client, a professional yet friendly company that specialises in making and developing chilled meals for the top UK supermarkets, making over 3.7 million chilled meals every week. Staffline is recruiting Cook Line Operatives in Wrexham.
The rate of pay is £13.74 to £14.81 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £20.61 to £22.22 per hour. This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:
- 4 on 4 off, 4am to 4pm
- 4 on 4 off, 4pm to 4am
A good level of flexibility is required.
Your Time at Work
As a Cook Line Operative you will be responsible for:
- Producing quality cooked material to the specification recorded on the process sheet.
- Completing all documentation associated with the cooking processes to the standard required.
- Taking personal responsibility for ingredients and raw materials.
- Having in-depth knowledge of all materials used in the cooking processes.
- Attending sensory evaluation sessions and using the knowledge gained to ensure that sauces are cooked to the correct specification.
- Supplying High Risk assembly with the correctly cooked ingredients at the time it is required.
- Keeping the work environment safe and clean to the standard required by health and safety and hygiene legislation.
