Staffline is recruiting Chefs in Wrexham. The rate of pay is £14.39 to £15.46 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £21.59 to £23.19 per hour. This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:
- 4 on 4 off, 4am to 4pm
- 4 on 4 off, 4pm to 4am
Your Time at Work
As a Chef you will be responsible for:
- Producing sauces to the specification recorded on the cook sheet and completing all documentation associated with the cooking process to the standard required.
- Taking personal responsibility for ingredients and raw materials, having in-depth knowledge of all materials used in the cooking process.
- Attending sensory evaluation sessions and using the knowledge gained to ensure that sauces are cooked to the correct specification.
- Supplying high-risk assembly with the correctly cooked sauce at the time it is required.
- Keeping the work environment safe and clean to the standard required by health and safety and hygiene legislation.

- Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications - Food and Drink.
- Experience gained in manufacturing or hospitality kitchens is desirable.
