Retail Security Officer in Swansea

Our client is looking for a Retail Security Officer in Llanelli & Carmarthen , where no two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to carve out a career with the biggest name in security. Applicants must have an SIA licence. Position: Retail Security Officer Location: Llanelli & Carmarthen Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour Shifts: Carmarthen Thursday and Friday 12:00-20:00 and Llanelli Saturday 06:00-14:00 and Sunday 10:15-16:15 Your Time at Work As a Retail Security Officer your duties include: - Providing a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the clients premises and staff - Carrying out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensuring the safety of staff and visitors - Lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site - Observing and reporting incidents using the correct reporting systems - Carrying out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible - Ensuring site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at the local level are identified - Understanding and implementing any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures - Assisting, if required by the Client, with staff and contractor searches - Ensuring that the Security base is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition - Conducting yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring a full uniform is worn and an SIA licence is clearly displayed Our Perfect Worker It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. A lot of admin is digital and paperless, so youll need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.
