This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Machine Operative you will be responsible for:
- Control large travelling and rack ovens
- Operating machines
- Dicing, Mixing, Pastry, Sous Vide Tanks and Giusti
- Ensuring that correct ingredients are used
- Ensuring pastry is to the right standard
