Quality Assurance Manager (Permanent, Temporary) in Southampton

A great opportunity to work as a Quality Assurance Coordinator for our client who are a health and beauty manufacturer and producer. Staffline are recruiting for Quality Assurance Coordinator in Alton. The rate of pay is £20.43 per hour. The hours of work are: Core business hours are 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am to 2.00 pm on Friday. Monday to Friday. Finishing times are between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 2.00 pm and 6.00 pm on a Friday. Lead and support investigations into non-conformances, deviations and quality issues. - Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, providing timely responses. - Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide Quality support to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. - Participate in line trials and first production reviews from a Quality perspective. - Review and approve packing specifications. - Support Product Quality Reviews (PQRs). - Attend customer meetings as the Quality representative where required. Our Perfect Worker We are looking for someone who has: - Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems role within a regulated manufacturing environment. Ideally a Pharma / Medical Device / Cosmetics background. - Previous responsibility for internal audits, CAPAs, deviations, change control and customer quality investigations. - Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. - Experience dealing directly with customers on quality matters. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional who enjoys customer interaction, quality systems and continuous improvement.
