The rate of pay is:- Days £14.15 per hour- Nights £15.22 per hourOvertime is available and is paid at:- Days £21.23 per hour- Nights £22.83 per hourThis is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:- 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm- 4 on 4 off 6pm to 6amYour Time at WorkAs a Line Leader your responsibility is to care for the staff in your team, to care for the product their team is making. People management - motivation, organisation, delegation, leadership- Product knowledge - materials, QAS sheets, line speeds, equipment, etc- Operator training - competent team members in each role, GMP- Company-minded - always looking for ways to improve- Quality-minded - continuous monitoring of the team's production- Effective administration of paperwork - process sheets, start-up sheets, etc- Awareness of performance in relation to daily plan (time & quantity)- Teamwork & flexibility - within department / shift and wider company.
