Staffline is recruiting for an experienced part-time Internal Account Manager for our client based in Carlisle.
The rate of pay is Β£16,250 per annum.
This is part time role working days and the hours of work are:
9.30am to 2.30pm
The successful candidate will need to be experienced and confident β not afraid to pick up that phone and make contacts!
Your Time at Work
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts. You\βll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling our products/services.
You will be expected to pick up the phone and make contact with new potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
β Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
β Cold call on a regular basis for new leads
β Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client queries and support.
β Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
β Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value and engagement.
β Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
β Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide timely follow-up.
