Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for one of the largest suppliers of flowers in the UK. Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work in Alconbury. From 04th February until 13th February - FREE Transport is available from Peterborough.
The shifts are 12 hours:
- Days 07:00am-07:00pm
- Nights 07:00pm-07:00am (available from February 04th 2026)
The rates of pay are:
- Day Shift £12.21 per hour
- Night shift £15.26 per hour
Overtime is available after working 48 hours and paid at:
- Day shift £15.26 per hour
- Night shift £19.08 per hour
Your Time at Work:
As a Production Operative your duties include:
- Unpacking flowers
- Creating bouquets
- Boxing and packaging flowers for distribution
- Moving boxes and palletising
- Working on a production line
Our Perfect Worker:
Our perfect Production Operative will show good attention to detail and have a good work ethic. Production Operatives will be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and follow health and safety. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
