Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to be part of a dynamic team? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our production team and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers every day. Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Hull. The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. Overtime is available at this site. You will work a rotating shift pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off, then 2 days on / 5 days off. Shifts include both day and night working: 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative, you will be a key part of our operations. Your role ensures that our production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will operate machinery, manage workloads, and contribute to a team-focused environment where quality is always a priority.
What you will do:
- Support daily production and assembly tasks, including stacking and wrapping products.
- Move materials and products safely throughout the facility.
- Complete all required paperwork and checks during the production process.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with your team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any quality issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
