Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to be part of a dynamic team? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our production team and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers every day. Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Hull. The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. Overtime is available at this site. You will work a rotating shift pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off, then 2 days on / 5 days off. Shifts include both day and night working: 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative, you will be a key part of our operations. Your role ensures that our production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will operate machinery, manage workloads, and contribute to a team-focused environment where quality is always a priority.
What you will do:
- Support daily production and assembly tasks, including stacking and wrapping products.
- Move materials and products safely throughout the facility.
- Complete all required paperwork and checks during the production process.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with your team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any quality issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

It is essential that you are hardworking, adaptable, and confident with a 'can-do' attitude. You will show strong attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions accurately. Applicants will have good verbal and written communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
