This role will be employed by our client but will hold duty responsibility for Sizewell C (SZC), therefore be an integral part of the client team. The on-duty SZC Emergency Shift Manager (ESM) assumes and retains overall command for the operation or incident. They have responsibility and authority for the site tactical procedures based from the Emergency Control Centre (EmCC).
