We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our client's growing team based in Castleford. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support across a range of communication channels. The rate of pay is £25000 - £26000 per annum. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: 8:30am to 5pm.
Your Time at Work
- Making daily calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Growing and developing new and lapsed accounts.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Liaising with internal teams to follow up on customer requests.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.
