Staffline is recruiting a Production Line Leader in Brough, Hull. The rate of pay is £14.71 per hour. This is a full-time role, working rotating shifts. The hours of work are:
- 5.30am - 1.30pm
- 9.30am - 10pm
Your Time at Work
As a Production Line Leader, you will be working in a vibrant production environment. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Lead and manage a production line to achieve daily targets
- Ensure materials and packaging are available to avoid delays
- Monitor product quality to meet customer specifications
- Support, coach, and motivate team members
- Carry out quality checks and resolve or escalate issues
- Complete production paperwork and system updates
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and safety
- Report equipment faults and support quick resolution
- Drive improvements to reduce waste and downtime
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have:
- Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead by example and support/motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confidence completing basic administrative tasks and data entry
- A strong commitment to health & safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards
Previous experience as a Line Leader/Team Leader/Supervisor is preferred. Horticultural knowledge or experience working with flowers/fresh produce is not essential.
