Staffline is recruiting Freezer Warehouse Operatives to work weekends in Bristol . The rate of pay is: - AM Shift £16.16 per hour This is a part-time role working weekends only . The hours of work are: - 6am to 6pm Applicants will need their own vehicle to get to the site due to the location. Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Operative you will be working within a temperature-controlled frozen environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities - Picking and packing customer orders accurately using voice picking systems. - Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently. - Ensuring products are stored correctly and stock rotation procedures are followed. - Maintaining accuracy of inventory and reporting stock discrepancies. - Working to productivity and performance targets. - Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised at all times. - Following all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Company procedures. - Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to team objectives. - Reporting damaged products, equipment faults, or safety concerns immediately. Our Perfect Worker What we're looking for: - Experience working in a chilled or frozen warehouse environment. - Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. - Ability to work in a frozen environment (PPE and protective clothing provided). - Good attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Strong work ethic with a flexible approach to duties. - Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving products safely.
