Turnaround Coordinator (TCO) in Bristol

The rate of pay is £15.40 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £23.10 per hour.

This role offers both full and part-time positions. You will be able to work flexible shifts or Monday – Friday. The start times are :

• 3am, 4am, 10am 12pm 15pm up to 10pm

Applicants will have the flexibility to work shift patterns, weekends and possibly bank holidays.

You must hold a full UK driving licence (often required for airside / ground operations roles).

As the Turnaround Coordinator you\’ll play a key role in ensuring aircraft arrive, turn, and depart on time while maintaining compliance and safety standards. Key Responsibilities include :

• Coordinating all activities associated with aircraft stand arrival, turnaround service.
• Loading / unloading, boarding, and departure to meet scheduled turn times.
• Liaising effectively with ramp operations, ground handling teams, third-party suppliers and airline / airport stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
