Hourly Rate
Rate of pay is £12.21 - £18.31 per hour.
Working Hours
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts. The hours of work are: 8am to 4.30pm.
Your Time at Work
As a General Operative your duties include:
- Working mainly in a field using various gardening tools
- Weeding/rooting
- Lifting and loading/unloading vehicles
- De‑leafing, pruning, and labelling
Gloves and waterproofs will be provided depending on the department you work in. Warm clothing must be worn for this job as it is outdoors, so clothing must suit cold, outdoor weather during the winter season.
Applicant Requirements
Applicants need to have their own transport. No previous experience necessary as full training is provided. Our perfect worker will have a good level of fitness to carry out certain tasks.
