Contract Type: Temporary to permanent

A leading Textile Manufacturer based in Cam, Dursley, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their weaving department. This is a full-time position on double day shifts, with opportunities for permanent employment after training.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will operate high-speed weaving machines in the weaving department, ensuring all products meet specifications. The role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment to produce high-quality textiles.

Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation):

Earlies: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00

Lates: Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00, Friday 13:00-20:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage high-speed weaving machines
  • Perform quality control checks and maintain production standards
  • Log and report machinery or product issues
  • Keep the work environment organized and tidy
