We are seeking car parts pickers to join a well‑known automotive company. This is a long‑term ongoing role with two shift patterns available.
Shift Patterns
- Morning Shift: 07:30 – 15:30, Monday – Wednesday and 07:30 – 15:00, Thursday – Friday.
- Afternoon Shift: 12:30 – 20:30, Monday – Wednesday and 12:30 – 20:00, Thursday – Friday.
The pay rate is £12.32 per hour. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 39 hours (£18.48). On the afternoon shift there is a weekly shift allowance of £43.18. Breaks are paid.
Responsibilities
- Deliver KPI targets (productivity, quality, GIR, Health and Safety).
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support the team leader and the area’s operations.
- Learn and operate MHE regularly once trained.
- Achieve business objectives and individual targets while ensuring a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous knowledge of warehouse operations, picking and put‑away processes.
- Full 12‑week paid training program is provided.
